On Saturday evening my wife, Shereen, and I went to a lovely little restaurant in St Johns Wood, London, called One Blenheim Terrace. It was a surprise meal for my birthday. We had Groupon voucher which cost £29 and allowed for £60 to spend on food and drinks from A La Carte menu.

I've just received my new PadPivot and it is brilliant. I use it everyday and to say it has made the use of the iPad much more versatile is an understatement.

I received this today from onesixthbruce, firstly as usual from OneSixthBruce their service was impeccable, they kept me informed and always answered my emails, the packaging was immaculate, sturdy and protected the models packaging and content. Protecting the packaging? Is that really a concern? I would say yes, the boxes these model come in are almost as detailed and awesome as the actual model itself. The Dark Knight Rises box for instance is a solid piece with a book like design. Inside is a postcard size blueprint of “The Bat” attached to a foam layered card insert. Remove that and you are at the very heart of the model.

Just downloaded this app for my iPad for updating and adding to my Daddy Do A Lot website. It had great reviews on the Apple App Store it costs £2.99.

 

The format feels a lot easier to use than the Word Press App, and more comfortable for the iPad too.

As I have been buying Nuby products for nearly 6 years I have entered the Nuby Blogger competition and I will be reviewing some of their products we have recently bought.

Today I bought the Nuby iMonster™ No-Spill™ Cup for our 1-year-old daughter, Layla. We bought something similar from Nuby 5 years ago for my son, Kayden and it was very helpful so we thought it was time for Layla to have one.

Camping With The Family

Littlesea Holiday Park (Haven)

Last week I took my family camping at Littlesea Holiday Park (near Weymouth.) It was our first camping trip together, and the first camping trip ever for my wife and children . I have been camping a few times before and loved every minute so there was some pressure on me to ensure that they enjoyed themselves, knowing that the first time camping can be a ‘Marmite’ experience, either you love it or you hate it. Good news however, they loved it (Phew!)

I cannot take all the credit though, some (at least) has to go towards Littlesea and Haven.
